Getting the app

Looking for the Elevate desktop app?

The Elevate desktop app is installed on each person's computer and signs in with their Elevate account. It works on its own, through the computer's speaker and microphone or a headset, or alongside a desk phone if you have one.

  • If we set up your phone system, call us on 810.255.1280 or email sales@boldtechgroup.com. We will send the installer and your sign-in details, or set it up on your computer with you.
  • If your phone system came through another provider, ask them for the installer, because your sign-in belongs to their account. If you are thinking of moving, we can look at what you have.
  • New to Elevate? Installing and training your team on the apps is part of every setup we do.
