Why the cable matters more than people think
Almost every intermittent network fault we get called out to turns out to be physical. A run that was never certified, a patch lead crushed in a door frame, a cable pulled past its bend radius during a fit-out. The symptom shows up as a slow application or a call that drops, so it gets blamed on the internet or on the phone system, and someone spends money replacing the wrong thing.
Testing is the difference. A certified run comes with results showing it meets spec on every pair. That document is what lets you rule the cable out on the day something breaks, instead of guessing.

How a project runs
A free site survey first, so the quote is based on the building rather than on a floor plan. We work around your hours where we can, including evenings and weekends for occupied sites. You get the test results and an as-built record at handover.
