What happens to the information you send us.
What we collect
The contact forms on this site ask for your name and email address, and optionally a phone number, organization and message. That is all we collect. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third party form service, which passes them to us by email and retains a copy for a limited period. We do not control their retention policy. If you would rather not use the form, email or call us directly.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the services you buy. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become business are deleted once they are clearly no longer active. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period our accountants and insurers require afterwards.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons. Contact sales@boldtechgroup.com.
